Everything we sell is pressed to order, custom work and ThreeFold Originals alike. Because each piece is made just for you, all sales are final. We still stand behind our work, so anything that arrives defective or wrong gets made right (see below).
Every order is pressed to order by our small team and ships within 5 to 7 business days. We ship within the United States via USPS, and we email you tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
If your item arrives with a defect, misprint, or was not made as ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order details. We will replace the item or issue a refund for the affected pieces.
Every order, both custom work and ThreeFold Originals, is pressed to order and cannot be resold, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on correctly fulfilled orders. That includes a wrong size selected at checkout or a change of mind. Please double-check your size and the artwork before you order. The only exception is the defect and misprint coverage above.
Approved refunds (for defects, misprints, or a wrong item shipped) go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the issue is our fault.
