ThreeFold Supply Co. ("ThreeFold," "we," "us") is a California limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to threefoldsupply.com and our online ordering.

Information we collect

• Project & contact requests. When you submit our "Start a Project" or "Get Notified" forms, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, email or phone, and what you tell us about your project.
• Order information. When you buy an original piece, checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive the information needed to fulfill your order — your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Stripe processes your payment; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data. Standard technical information (like browser type and pages visited) may be collected by our hosting and analytics providers to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To design, produce, and ship your order, and to provide customer support.
• To respond to your inquiries and, if you opt in, to let you know about future drops.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — for example Stripe (payments), our shipping/label providers such as USPS and Pirate Ship (fulfillment), and our email and hosting providers — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your use of checkout is also subject to Stripe's privacy policy. Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

Data retention

We keep order and business records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and comply with legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices & California rights
